Shipping policy

At Bon de Pho, all our pieces are made-to-order with care and attention to detail. We believe in thoughtful, intentional craftsmanship — which means quality takes a little time.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and dispatch during regular periods. When we reach maximum production capacity, our store may temporarily close to manage workflow. During these periods, lead times may extend up to 4 weeks. We’ll always clearly communicate any changes in lead times on our home page.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, using tracked or signed-for services where applicable.

Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 1–3 working days. International orders usually arrive within 5–10 working days, depending on the destination. Please note that these are delivery time estimates provided by Royal Mail and do not include production time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free UK shipping on all orders.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Royal Mail tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can track its progress.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 10 working days for UK shipments and 25 working days for international shipments. If your parcel hasn’t arrived after these timeframes, please contact us and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s import regulations and are not included in our shipping fees.
