How Is Your Order Prepared and Shipped?
As each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, requiring several hours to complete, your order will be carefully prepared and shipped within two to three weeks of purchase.
Tracked delivery is included to ensure peace of mind every step of the way.
What Is Your Return Policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item by submitting a refund request through the contact form on our website.
To qualify, the original brand tag must remain intact and attached as it was originally.
Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns without the original tag will not be accepted.
Why is everything sold out?
Each of our pieces is produced in intentionally limited quantities. We open our store for a short time and allow a select number of orders per garment, based on our carefully managed production capacity. Once this limit is reached, the store is closed to ensure every item receives the time, precision, and craftsmanship it deserves.
At this time, all styles are sold out. We do not guarantee restocks, as availability is dependent on future collection releases and our evolving design direction.

How is your brand sustainable or ethical?
Sustainability and ethics are integral to our philosophy.
Each garment is made to order, allowing us to produce only what is needed and eliminating the waste associated with overproduction. We work in limited quantities and carefully manage fabric usage to ensure minimal material waste.
Our textiles are sourced locally within the UK, helping to reduce our carbon footprint and support responsible supply chains. We do not engage in mass manufacturing, which allows us to maintain ethical working practices and artisanal quality across every piece.
Even our packaging reflects our values: all materials are fully recyclable, and our garment bags are 100% compostable.
This slow, considered approach is at the heart of everything we create.
